If you are talking about inside Tundra,then the only way you can get inside of that barrier is by haveing a Sorcerer or an Archer cast a 7-3 spell. The switch at the end of the long hall is for somthing else inside the same city.To let you in on a little secret,I didn't find anything inside the barrier you are refering to…….I have completed the game,so if you need anymore help,just let me know……..Later Rob
