With the V1.3 ARP release, we're letting individual compiler vendors provide most of the support for using arp.library; we've provided the basic support files but not much compiler specific stuff. We decided not to include the "c.o" replacement files for Lattice since Lattice has added a number of options to the startup file. The original startup files should work OK, if you want to use them; also I think a couple people have done versions of the startup files for Lattice, posted to various BBS's.
