Jeff,
To correct the printing problem you are having, you must set the "No Gaps
Between Pages" option in the "Page Setup" requester to ON.
This setting basically tells ProWrite that you are positioning the paper so
that the first line printed is right at the top of the page, and that you
want to print on the full length of the paper.
When this option is off, you are telling ProWrite that you are positioning
the paper down 1/2 inch from the top and that you will only be using 60
lines of the 66 on the page. This is useful if it is difficult to position
your paper at the exact top, as it lets you position the paper so that (on
many printers) the first sheet is under the platten rollers. Also, all
page printers have a limitation of not being able to print on the entire
page, so this option is automatically disabled for them.
Since you have this option off, yet still have text in the top 1/2 inch of
the page, ProWrite will print all the text in this region on the same line
before it starts advancing the paper. If you turn on the "Show Invisibles"
option (in the "View" menu), a dotted outline will be drawn around the
non-printable areas (determined by the Page Setup options). If you have
any text outside the outline, you must either adjust things to be within it
or change the page setup to enlarge the printable region.
