Chris,
You say this is the s directory? If so, it's probably assigned as
S: so here's the trick to fixing things:
1. cd to the root of the drive
2. makedir TEMP
3. cd S
4. copy the files you want from s into :temp
5. assign S: :TEMP
6. cd back to the root
7. DELETE :S ALL
8. mkdir :S
9. copy :temp :s all
10. assign S: :S
11. delete :temp all
That should fix things up for you.
The 1.3 vs 2.0 boot MUST be a COLD boot, it doesn't work on a warm
boot. Yes, the mouse buttons must be held down when you power it up.
