LHArc 1.20
I was unaware of any earlier posting of LHarc 1.2. There is only _one_
LHarc 1.2 binary. Someone may have added a little warning message to the
effect that "LHarc 1.2 behaves unpredictably if some other program you are
running is littering low memory."
