Until Commodore releases 2.0 ROMs for the 2000, you cannot run the 2.0
from your 3000 on your 2000. Commodore has made available to developers a
special form of the kickstart that can be used on 2000's, but it is not a
particularly stable way to run the OS (it's not write protected), and is
not for general consumers. The kickstart that is loaded from your disk on
the 3000 is specific for the 3000 (and also requires a MMU).
I don't think you'll have much longer to wait for the 2000 version,
although no official release date has been announced (to my knowledge).
