Hello Rick, Gary, et al- I just want to clarify a couple of points. First, 3dslib (or rightly, the 3ds file toolkit) is NOT currently available, and won't be for a while yet (think weeks/months, not years. We're workin' on it). When it is available, it will only be to registered developers due to some confidentiality issues. Second, the best way currently to contact the multimedia developer relations group is to write to: Multimedia Developer Relations Autodesk, Inc. 2320 Marinship Way Sausalito, CA 94965 Include some information about who you are and what you'd like to do. An alternative would be to fax a request to 415/491-8308. Either of these methods will guarantee the most timely response. Various folks here can (and probably will) attest to how difficult it is to contact me directly via phone. Specific pricing and release date have yet to be released, but developers will receive information as soon as it's available. Thanks, Chris
