I did find the book, and at a Software ETC after someone on USENET
mentioned finding it there. I didn't even consider looking there because
our local store (Columbus, OH) is real limited. They use to have two goodd
stores here but they consolidated them into one poor store! But it seems
like many people are finding the Style Guide there.
