ZKick uses a specially compiled/assembled version of kickstart to do its
magic. It will not work with a "standard" kickstart image. As far as I
know, SETCPU (or the equivalent) is the only way one could run a "standard"
kickstart image from a file, and that requires the use of an MMU (which
will slow the system down somewhat).
