Bill,
You're talking about program execution…in other words, the order
the memory has to be accessed for the program to run.
That's not what we were talking about when dealing with the meaning
of "RAM" which is 'Can the memory chip (device) be accessed randomly or is
it a requirement of the hardware itself that point X be accessed before
point Y in memory.'
