This message turned up in search, but its forum couldn’t be identified from the original transcript, so it may not be linked into its thread.
Don(SYSOP) seemed to have hinted at this possibility when the subject was
raised, but I never saw an answer as to how well it had come out.
I'm not supposed to be so niave at computer hardware, but I haven't taken the
time to read the documentation yet. I DID see a "AUDIO IN" pin indicated on
the serial port, but I assume that that would have to have something which was
looking at the port to make it work.
I'll take another look through the manual since it WOULD be much cleaner to
not have an external speaker for the PC side…and "Astro Grover" just isn't
the same without sound.
