Gee, Ben, how in heck do I argue with logic? 🙂 If you read the IBM mags(or AmigaWorld and Amazing Computing for that matter), you'd think the Amiga could do nothing else but multimedia. But you may be right in your assessment that not many people buy the Amiga for that reason; I can't comment on it because so few have been sold around here recently. Your point about the Amiga dying a "slow death" is also enlightening. Call me a cynic, but my feeling is that the IBM/Apple alliance is to teach Microsoft a lesson, but if they could get Commodore out of their hair, it would be icing on the cake. But it will take two to three years for that to happen, and the Amiga may commit suicide by then…
