Part of hanging up might be due to a problem with the Enforcer. After you
open your window, you need to do a PCRESET and BINDDRIVERS. (You can
attach this to a script.) I got that here on CIS.) There is a new Enforcer
out. I'm not sure of it's on CIS; it's on another commercial system. You
must use it with care, though.
Re your drive: are you booting off a partition of your Amiga Drive? If so,
it should not be more than about 32 megabytes. Otherwise it may not work,
and if it does it will be S…L…O…W.
My solution was to put a separate controller and hd on the bb side. (But I
already had the drive – just needed to buy the controller.)
