A2320 Monitor Help
To anyone who can help,
I am considering purchase the Commodore A2320 de-interlacing board for my
Amiga 2000. Since $ are a MAJOR concern for me, I am hoping to get a decent
monitor for a reasonable price. I'm starting to think that I can get away
with a multi-sync that doesn't scan all the way down to the 15.75 range,
since the commodore board scan doubles non-interlaced screens. Anyone know
of any problems with this?
I have located several monitors that appear to be reasonable candidates. I
browsed the mall up here and found some monitors in the Shopper's Advantage
area that are multi-syncs that can handle the 31.5 to 38 khz range with dot
pitches around .28 mm that are priced in the $300-350 range. My question
is, what kind of a cord do I need with these monitors. Can I purchase a
standard VGA cord to attach these monitors to the A2320 card, or do I need
a special cord. If I need a special cord, where can I get one.
Finally, I am open to suggestions from others as to what monitors they have
successfully used. For those who are interested, the ones that I am
considering are:

Any comments, advice, criticisms would be appreciated. Sorry I don't have
all the information on all the monitors, but it is hard to come up with
monitor specs.
