I don't own Photoshop but I have Macintosh friends who let me use my Syquest cartridges on their machines. I only use it to make a PICT file and to verify that the image made it to the Syquest. There is an old demo of the program in the Adobe forum here. It is a long download. Perhaps a Macintosh user group/store would have a demo copy. It is my opinion that with IM and Adpro and Gigamem, you would not need to use Photoshop (except for that PICT file format!). It is much nicer to work in the Amiga environment. Photoshop has one function that I like "unsharp mask" which is excellant for cleaning up scans. You can use it after you scale an image – it sharpens the edges a tat. IM has a super scaling function. I've taken smaller resolution files and bumped them up about double with it. I do get some jaggies but I get a nice image. It is better to render the exact file size you need with Imagine. Unfortunately, that takes a long time on my machine.
