To get PageMaker to print two-up, there are two ways:
1. PageMaker 4.2 has an Addition that does this, called Make Booklet.
2. If you don't have 4.2, or you want to do it the old way for any reason,
here's how: (a) Facing Pages has to be turned on; (b) move your zero point
to the upper-lefthand corner of the two-page spread; (c) turn on Manual
Tiling when you print.
