Most people want blocky outputs at SCREEN resolution using CG outline fonts
on their 24-pin printers that do 360×180 dpi… NOT! While I don't expect a
printout that is as pretty as Final Copy puts out, a _SMOOTH_ option would
go a long way. Even Prowrite is better at printing. (Their high quality
mode uses a double size font and scales it down to prettify the printing.)
