Joe,
Your problem is either not setting your serial port for hardware
handshake (CTS/RTS) or having it set…and not having the proper serial
cable…one that carries the CTS/RTS lines thru.
I'm using a PM14400FXSA on my 2500 with NO problems whatsoever.
