Mark,
With System 7 there is a utility called File Exchange. It will let
you copy files from the Mac to any DOS formated 1.44 Meg diskette. It will
even format 1.44 disks in DOS format! I've used this utility to load 3DS
renderings into PhotoShop to send to Iris color printers.
