Well, I have the ab20 disc that Jack has mentioned. Not a bad disc, but
there will be quite a bit of overlap if you already own one of the Fred
Fish CDs. Stuff that's available on the ab20 disc that doesn't overlap
with the Fish CDs: euro demos, MOD files, commercial demos,
PasTeX/MetaFont, and lots of source code.
Walnut Creek (which offers the ab20 disc) also has a Desktop Library CDROM
available for $39.95, which contains the text of over a thousand books,
covering classical works, historical documents, and reference works.
If you own a bridgeboard, I recommend Microsoft's Bookshelf for Windows. A
very well done reference library. Also, Lucasfilm Loom CD is also pretty
good.
I don't recommend you get any CDTV games. Most of them are just standard
Amiga games dumped onto CD with little or no enhancement. The CDTV Time
Table of History series is pretty nice. Other CDTV reference titles
(World/American Vista, Advanced Military Systems, etc) all basically amount
to glorified slide shows and aren't really worth it (unless you want a
large collection of good quality HAM pics).
