That's why the GVP stuff is so exciting…I did see it, and the demo was
outrageous! I have never seen anything running on a micro that could
compare with this…the performance was amazing. They had one demo where
they were playing a version of Arkanoid in 256 colors in something like
800×600…the game had a lot of animation in it. Another demo had a 16-bit
animation playing in 1024×768 mode off of the hard drive at 15fps…pretty
amazing stuff.
