If your hard drive volume name has brackets in it i.e.
WORK(APB) DH0(100MB) NORMAN(ANYTHING)
Excellence! thinks this is a pattern and will not open the file. MSS are
working on a fix.
Current workarounds:
Rename your volume Copy your file to RAM: before loading it
