AmiBack from Moonlighter allows you to do an IMAGE backup of your AMAX HD
partition. It copies the entire partition, byte by byte, and saves it to
floppies, or tape. Two drawbacks with this method of backup: it can be
restored only to a device of the exact same size; and you can not do
selctive backups (ie: you have to back up the entire partition).
Barring an Image backup, I think your only alternative is to get a MAC
backup program.
