You're absoutely correct. Todd Butson did contradict himself in his
BIX upload. First he said "No one person" caused the problem. Then he
said "One Person" could ruin a company's reputation and that he
should know because it happened to him.
That "One Person" he was refering to was me, a dissatisfied
customer.
