Gracia, I agree with Kelly, change you PS screen density to 80 or 90. The download utility seems to work if you first send both the fonts and the document to seperate files, and then send the files to the printer (fist the PS font file and then the PPage PS file) via the copy command. For what ever reason, I am finding some of the PS fonts converted with the FontManger giving errors, when I reconvert using the CreateFont utility it seems to work. (I use CreateFont since the original .afm .pfb files are archived elsewhere.) I turn on the PS errors on, so now the HP 4 outputs an error page when it gets something it does not like.
