Denny, I can tell you that Commodore is plenty ticked over that article. They are urging dealers to get users groups and for ourselves (the dealers) to do what we can to turn things around. They even published Robinson's voice mail number so you could call him directly! The FAX that was sent was 6-8 pages and it described their feelings and how they think we as a dealership should handle the situation. This is the *first* time I have seen Commodore react with strong words. According to Commodore the author will be publishing a new article on the same subject shortly. Needless to say I am impressed that Commodore even noticed. 🙂 -mark= – whappity whap whap… whap whap!!
