Art, With the GPFax software that comes with the Supra modems, you 1st open the GPFax window and select envirement and from there, select printer driver. You can then iconify the fax software. Next, open whatever wordprocesser you want and when you are finished with your letter or whatever, just select PRINT just as you normaly would. The GPFax will intersept the message and re-direct it to the fax software to be converted into a fax type format. It is then stored in the fax out drawer till your ready to send it. As for the other stuff, Yes, I do know I can output to files etc. The fax needs this done to convert the message to a fax format to send. JOHN – The Lost Southerner!!
