Yes, it's shameful enough that people get physical threats from the more fanatical fringe (I've seen this happen a lot on BBSs as well), but it's really deeply ironic that Commodore would urge people to flood Robinson with letters when CBM itself carefully avoids angry stockholders and owners. OTOH, it would be great if they carry through with their promises in their response letter… instead of trying to direct owner anger to someone else.
