I think primarily because I use CI$ a *lot*, and on an Amiga which is pretty well full of expansion; moderate-sized ENLAN networking, IV24, lots-o-ram, older large HD setup (2090a), CBM 7-port serial card, 2630 w/dkb board, megachip… this system has been extremely stable for me, and odds are good that anything that doesn't like it is broke, so it's a nice test bed.
