Hi Mike, You mention memory. I thought that might be the trouble since the calendar has 35 boxes and a few tiny graphics, so I tried a small file. It didn't crash, but then again all it did was turn out a blank page! Post said 'post finished' and then sent out page. normally message doesn't come till page is printed and out of printer. The calendar crashes just as the printer starts to pull the paper in. My printer configuration is standard printer prefs with a HP driver I DLed from the forum. I print in Post from the CLI, cd to the Post dir, which has everything, including file to print, and type 'Postdj -l1 -s0 init.ps <file>'. My printer is connected to parallel port. BTW, I got the book you recommemded. Haven't started studying it yet, been busy. Between PostScript and my new modem I have my next year's work cut out for me.
