I might be able to help… As far as bringing in animations from the Mac, I'm assuming you're using PICS files… If so, give Frank a call at Equilibrium Tech. regarding Debabelizer. This MacApp converts a number of Mac File Formats (including PICS and PICT) to PC file formats (including .FLI). It also has a number of image processing features that might also help with reducing the file size. Inspite of what others may have said, I use AniPro everyday for 16 color work. Infact I use it to manage graphics for games where I need to use a specific 46 colors in the palette, and leave the others alone. AniPro has alot of control over the palette. Another couple of ideas to help you reduce the file size: 1. Look for a couple of POCO files somewhere here on the forum (Compressa.POC and Compressb.POC, or such) they're intended to reduce video captured file sizes, but at low settings may help… 2. Try using the ONE PALETTE command in the Palette controls, its a long shot but might help. Just what is going on in your animation to make the file larger than its sum?
