There are utilities (I don't know who makes them…) that will
convert TGA files to digital files… which you can put on the
exabyte tapes. To do this (until a driver from someone comes out for
3DS) you of course have to render each TGA file, convert it, copy it
to the exabyte tape, then erase the stuff off of your hard disk…
not pretty, but possible. You can take this to a digital video lab
and have your animations mastered for about $500 per minute of
animation… GREAT results, however. It has been requested that a
driver for this purpose be written, but I don't what is going on…
