Everything you mention is solvable at the sole discretion of NewTek. They are
the ones who control dealer profit. They could make it plausible for the
upgrade to go through dealer channels. BTW, my dealer had 10 4000 boards and he
WANTED to sell one to me with NewTek's blessing. He couldn't.
