I've deleted SCAN3D.ZIP from the What's New Directory (at least, I've marked it for deletion — I don't know if anyone can still d/l it or not). I found after I uploaded it, that it has a real problem with directories with too many files in them (what "too many" is, exactly, I'm not sure). Basically, if you ask it to find "missing" maps for your 3DS or MLI file, it'll search the dirs speced in the 3DS.SET file, but after it's read its fill of filenames, it'll ignore the rest (ie, if your "maps" dir is sorted alphabetically, it may find all maps a-m but report maps n-z as "missing". I plan to contact the author, Christer Janson (Autodesk AB, Sweden) and see about getting this fixed, as it would be a great program otherwise. Anyone know if I can contact him via the Global Village? Dave
