Dear Kathy, yes we use jukeboxes, 2 types: Pioneer DRM600/610 with 6 CDs, and NSM offering 100 CDs. The Pioneer is a virtual multi-player, that means that the cd-rom-server recognizes 6 independent players, the NSM has 1 player, the changing mechnism has to be controlled by a RS232-interface In a network, it is clear that you have to install a licence control to the access of the jukebox, so only one person can work at it at one time. With the Pioneer, this is no problem, because the changing is done automatically by the machine. With the NSM you have to install a COM-Server which controls the changing mechansim and you have to install a TSR on the workstation PCs, which inform the COM-server which CD has to be inserted next. In total we have about 15 Pioneer-servers installed and 3 NSM-servers where the biggest installation is 400 CD-ROMs in 4 NSM-servers. best regards and thanks for welcoming me, Christian
