Dear Nautilus Team, I have just read about your new international pricing policy and I do not think an increase of US$ 5.83/disc is justified. I am a student from Germany and despite of being very fascinated by what you are offering with 'Nautilus' as a product, I just will not be able to afford a subscription anymore. I don't know by what percentage your readership consists of students but obviously it cannot be many because even paying the former subscription rate of US$ 149 was a big financial burden for me and I am already working part-time for PiS, Inc. And yes, it was worth it. You are constantly improving 'Nautilus' as well as adding new and exciting features to it. Overally, I think, there are two possibilties for you to transform your pricing structure. First of all, I want to ask you to introduce an educational discount that would reduce the price to a more convenient level for students such as myself. Secondly, you could make the technical support an option to customers which would be reflected in the subscription rates. Personally, I don't need an international toll-free number for data communication nor do I need any kind of free phone support. I just want to receive my monthly 'Nautilus' disc– period. Let me add that I have extensively programmed in 'OpenScript' ever since Toolbook became available and it is really impressive what you have established with 'Nautilus'. Congratulations 🙂 Kindest Regards, Chris
