I have a sub to CS and I like it. But the service leaves much to be
desired. I recently downgraded from a LAN version to a STANDALONE version.
But it's been two months since I got a disk. They kept calling me up,
telling me "the standalone version won't work on a LAN." I kept saying,
fine, I'm not running it on a LAN anymore. This cycle happened about three
times. Now it's been two months since my last disk. Sigh. And they
telephone-solicit you for the other thing they sell, something about
"technical support," though with their obnoxious marketing methods, I've
not been motivated to check it out.
