statements in the license agreement (that place no limitations on the use of
animations included with the package).
Much of the work on the cd-rom is for inspiration, not so much to be used. I
don't have a problem with my stuff being used, although I can still hold a
copyright on the material. There is some kind of official rules regarding the
use of the cd-rom material (which are probably widely ignored). They probably
state that you can use only the sample meshes and textures, but not the sample
flics and images.
However, some artists probably don't care too much if their stuff is used and a
credit would be nice, and appropriate.
