Unlike Danger Hot Stuff and the other CD-Roms like it, my program is a complete multi-media work with research and a direction. Danger Hot Stuff was a great display of different animated works, but after you have seen it a few times it looses its appeal because there isn't any interaction with the viewer except for them to watch and in some cases listen. For the most part it was like a lot of the other discs out there, a collection of tallented shareware. The advantage in that case, was that they get your name out there, for what was probably a project that was done for another client or just for kicks. As multi-media developers, or authors and artist, what is the value of a complete peice, not unlike an enitire intereactive movie? Something thats entire exsistance is for being sold to an CD-Rom owners. How much should we give up, and how much should we make so that the projects are worth doing? Andrew
