If you're using MSCDEX there is a call to make to the driver that causes the
disc to eject. Don't remember it off of the top of my head.
If you're going raw SCSI, the 3401 uses the standard SCSI Start/Stop Unit
command to eject the disc. Opcode of 0x1B in byte 0 and set the load/eject bit
in byte 4 (0x02).
