Depending on what version of SoundBlaster and CD-ROM you have, that may well be
true. I don't have specs on the various CD's that Creative has shipped with
the Sound Blaster, and I don't know what kind of CPU you have. If the machine
can't hit 150k/sec at 40% of CPU usage, you won't get MPC compatibility.
