No kidding! I thought that I was really making a good purchase, and to be honest from a hardware standpoint I still think that it is the best drive that was available at the time. But the incredibly poor support (present company excepted, of course!) and COMPLETE lack of information have made my entire feelings about Sony so bad that I will almost certainly NEVER buy another Sony product.
