I really don't know I have never hooked anything up to my Sound blaster (pro model 1330). But it is a scsi port so any scsi device should work. My drive is a mitsumi that does not use the SCSI interface. I would try contacting Creative labs, I do rember a drive for panasonic CDROMs on their BBS. The number is Number 14084286660 This file may also have a readme file that will tell you about jumpers or device drivers. I just rembered that SCSI drives must have a Termator on the last drive (even if there is only one) The termonator is either a jumper or a plug that goes somewhere on the drive. Good Luck. C.
