adaptec/NEC38 solution!
to all those you offered advice with my NEC 38/Adaptec problems, thanks! The
final solution involved messing with: SCSI parity checking, SCSI device
addresses, termination and (curiously) switching round the input and output
SCSI ports on my DEC harddisk. Now, everything works really well with the
Adaptec EZ-SCSI drivers. So, if anyone has any specific questions on how to
make this combination of hardware work – I'm an expert now!
