Sorry it took so long to get back with you.
The "White book" standard, according to what I am told, was released in March
of this year. Everyone I have talked to has not seen this standard yet (at
least in the USA). I have been given a contact in Europe to obtain the printed
standard. Hopefully it will be here in a couple of weeks.
