It is a Sony product. I have just had a look at my copy and its
documentation, but there is no 'phone number or address anywhere in it! I
expect oone of the mail order companies in the States will be able to get it
for you.
It is not very impressive – basically a big TSR program running in DOS. My
kids use it occasionaly for French and Japanese, but are also unimpressed.
