this is wrong! it should be:
<— BASEDEV=OS2CDROM.DMD IFS=C:\OS2\CDFS.IFS
/Q BASEDEV=OS2SCSI.DMD
That may get you working! This seems to be a common error from the IBM Install
program for some reason.
