Hi Mitch. It is "Adventures in 3D" from Que. It focuses more on the anaglyph and stereo side, however, there is a section on 3D programs and how they work including descriptions of flat, gouraud and phong shading. It comes bundled with VistaPro and Castle Wolfenstein. It should be a really fun book for anyone who is interesed in playing around in the world of 3D on computers.
