According to my Visa bill I bought the Hyperglot Berlitz Italian CD-ROM from PCZone. It WAS NOT in their catalog. I called them up because they had the cheapest upgrade to DOS6 and while I was talking to them I ask about the CD. I had seen it elsewhere for $122 so I knew it was available and had a price in mind. He looked it up and said $118 and I said sold. I can't locate the packing slip at the moment to tell you their 800 number. Try 1 800 555-1212. I had a bit of a problem with the install but they have an 800 tech support number. [I could practically shout out the back door but that's not the way it is done.] You have to leave a message but they do get back to you and they are nice, not tough techies, so their clients aren't computer types. I think that's a good sign in language software. I know PCConnection carries the CDs. They aren't my favorite mail order company. However, I have a very good friend who loves them. I'm sure the audience for Chinese is limited. In fact, I am sure the computer audience for foreign languages is pretty limited. When I was going to college only 'the firm' [which is not the movie] had employees interested in Chinese. The times they are a changing! Cheryl
