Marco, I'm not going to teach you some of the more "colorful metaphors" (in other words, abusive language) found in American culture. I'm sure you have plenty of your own. 🙂 It's been about 3 years so I can't remember exactly what I said but it basicaly came down to the fact that THEY had offered me a free copy of the magazine and TOLD me in the letter that if I didn't want to subscribe to simply write "cancel" on the invoice they sent me. That's exactly what I did and I told them I thought it was reprehensible that would then send me a "guilt" letter in an attempt to FORCE me to subscribe. I told them that because of their "guilt" letter I would NEVER buy their magazine again. I then didn't buy another Amiga World until just a couple weeks ago. If they hadn't sent me that letter, who knows how many issues I would have purchased in the last 3 years. It's really too bad because the issue I just bought WAS very good. Hope this answers your question and yes, we should definately talk about it here. Maybe someone from Amiga World will read it and understand what AS*H*LE'S (colorful metephor 🙂 they were back then and make sure it never happens again. —Rich
